i. SHIPPING AND TAXES
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, and to the Continental United States of America. All shipping and handling charges will be applied to your purchase at time of checkout. Orders are shipped to the billing address due to security reasons.

For residents of Canada, the applicable sales tax will be charged depending on province or territory of residence (Prince Edward Island 15.5%; Nova Scotia 15%; Quebec 14.975%; New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario 13%; British Columbia, Manitoba 12%; Saskatchewan 10%; Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon 5%). Residents of the United States of America will not be charged sales tax.

We are not responsible for any customs or duties that may arise from shipping outside of Canada. Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please allow 5 - 15 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Signature is required upon receipt of goods for delivery confirmation in Canada.

Insurance and Tracking Your Order
Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping and handling charges. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped -- please ensure that the email you have provided us is valid. Track your package via Canada Post, or the United States Postal Service for packages that have entered the United States; follow the instructions given on their respective homepages.

FREE SHIPPING for a limited time for purchases over $199 CAD.
